Marbled pieces are showing up everywhere lately and I couldn’t be happier. Although this striking pattern has been around for centuries, we are seeing it in a lot more than just paper goods these days. It has made its way into an array of home decor pieces from vases to picture frames - even wastebaskets. I love how whimsical this pattern feels and it adds such a nice juxtaposition to an otherwise tailored interior. I am always in search of that needed cool factor which marbled pieces happily provide. A simple desk tray or a lamp shade can help inject some color and pattern as the perfect one off piece.
